IKAR (Institute for Agricultural Market Studies) is the leading private infocentric consultancy engaged in analysis of the domestic Russian and global agricultural and food systems. It provides daily, weekly, monthly situation and outlook reports on the domestic and international agricultural market, as well as develops strategic market reports. Among his many other activities, in 2017-18, Dmitry Rylko was an independent member of BoD of NKHP (the largest grain export terminal in Russia located in Novorossiysk). Since 2017, he has been an independent member of BoD of Agroholding Steppe (Russia’s biggest agricultural producer with 412 000 ha of arable land). Dmitry Rylko graduated in 1983 from the Faculty of Economics of Moscow State University. He also graduated from the Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
